The staff were friendly and always willing to help. The location was great, close to all the main attractions and easily accessible. The Christmas decorations were a nice touch and added to the festive atmosphere.

The room was dirty and had a funny smell. The bathroom was not up to standard and the shower water was either too hot or too cold.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect as it was in the heart of the city, and we could easily walk to explore different places. The hotel facilities were great, including the fully equipped kitchen and spacious living room. Additionally, the staff was polite and facilitated an excellent in-bed breakfast service. Lastly, this hotel had a clean environment and met our cleanliness standards.

Great Location and Comfortable Bed

During my recent business trip, I stayed in a hotel that had a perfect location. It was very convenient as it was close to a lot of restaurants and cafes. Additionally, the hotel provided free Wi-Fi that had decent speed. The bed was very comfortable and I could get a good night sleep.

My stay in the hotel was not very pleasant. The hotel had dirty carpets and stained walls. The bathroom was not clean, and the towels provided were not fresh. Moreover, the staff had a very unfriendly attitude. They were not very accommodating and did not seem to be interested in making my stay comfortable. It was a very disappointing experience!

The location was fantastic, in the heart of the area we wanted to visit, with plenty of restaurants and pubs within walking distance. we had a great experience and highly recommend this place.

The area surrounding the hotel is convenient for visiting nearby attractions, with good prices for food. the room is cozy and has some modern updates, but the same can't be said for the stained and dirty bathroom. Breakfast is unappetizing, and the staff doesn't seem to care about guest comfort.
